Website information
This website has no signup form, advertising scripts, or analytics added by PilotProgression, and does not store visitor information in browser storage. The hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Contacting us through email will share the information you choose to send with the email provider and the operator.
Flight training and account data
The app is intended to work with account details, training progress, flight history, and lesson or debrief content entered by students. Before beta access, the final policy must identify the actual fields collected, purposes, permissions, service providers, and whether any optional features can be disabled.
AI-assisted debriefs
Before enabling AI features, the final policy must identify the AI provider, what content is transmitted, retention practices, any model-training use, and available controls. Avoid entering sensitive personal information about yourself or other people into debriefs.
Sharing and service providers
The operator must confirm hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, crash reporting, and AI services actually used, along with their processing roles and any international transfers. No promise about selling data or provider training practices is made by this draft.
Retention and deletion
The final policy must state retention periods or criteria, account deletion steps, handling of backups and legal retention, and expected response times. Keep separate copies of official training records. The support page provides the intended route for access, correction, export, and deletion requests.
Security, age eligibility, and your rights
Before release, the operator must confirm security measures, minimum age and any parental-consent requirements, and rights applicable where users live. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
