The service
PilotProgression is a student-owned flight training progression tracker intended to organize Part 61 requirements, ACS proficiency, flight history, and AI-assisted debriefs. It is not a ground school or a source of official regulatory determinations.
Aviation safety and records
Never use the service while it would distract you from operating an aircraft. It is not for navigation, flight planning, dispatch, operational decisions, or emergency use. Verify information against current authoritative sources and consult your certificated flight instructor. Progress displays do not confer proficiency, endorsements, certification, or eligibility. Maintain required logbooks and official records independently.
AI limitations
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Treat debrief suggestions as prompts for reflection, not flight instruction. Review them with your CFI before applying them.
Beta availability
Beta features may change, contain errors, become unavailable, or be removed. Keep independent copies of important information. Participation, eligibility, platform requirements, and feedback arrangements will be described before access is offered.
Your content and responsible use
Only submit content you are entitled to share. Do not upload private information about others without permission, misuse accounts, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. The final terms must define content ownership and the limited permissions needed to operate the service.
Terms to finalize before release
The operator must supply its legal identity and contact address; eligibility and account rules; any pricing or subscription terms; suspension and termination procedures; applicable warranty and liability provisions; governing law and dispute terms; and the effective date. This draft does not invent those terms or constitute a finalized agreement.
